Creation of anthropomorphic 3D models from tomographic imaging studies

The workshop presents in 90 minutes the main workflow for 3D segmentation of imaging datasets and its conversion into an anthropomorphic 3D model. Those models have many useful applications in medicine, including demonstration models for anatomy teaching, accurate visualizations for preoperative planning, realistic models for surgical training. It’s preferable to bring your own laptop and a computer mouse.
